Note for iPhone 1 users: you can't set a wallpaper image, but you can use these neon photos as a lock screen.
For other iPhone users: to instal as wallpaper, save the neon photo you like best to your iPhoto library (Macs) or My Pictures folder (PCs). Synch your phone, including photos. On your phone, open Photos. Find the awesome neon photo you chose, and click the Share icon in the lower left, which will let you choose Use As Wallpaper. Voilà!
